Complimentary parking is available in the outdoor parking lot directly in front of the Transformation Center, located on the west side of 3rd Street, just north of Jackson Street.
Check-In
Once parked, please call the Transformation Center front desk at 602-379-7535. A front desk team member will inform your Suns representative you have arrived. Your representative will meet you inside the Transformation Center with a health and safety arrival packet before your appointment begins.
Health & Safety
The health and safety of Suns fans and employees is our number one priority. We are following CDC guidelines for sanitizing and disinfecting all common areas especially high-touch areas like door handles, restrooms, railings, furniture, the elevator, and computer hardware. Your health and safety arrival packet will include facial masks, hand sanitizer, and other personal protective equipment.
To further ensure your safety, we will be cleaning the Transformation Center between each appointment and managing the number of guests and employees in the Transformation Center at any one time to maintain safe social distancing. All employees and guests are required to wear a facial mask throughout their appointment in the Transformation Center. You are welcome to bring your own facial mask if you prefer.
SUNS TEAM MEMBER SAFETY
We have trained our Suns team members about environmental cleaning and sanitization, hand hygiene, social distancing, and respiratory etiquette. We are also asking employees to stay home if they do not feel well or if there is a chance they have been exposed to COVID-19, in which case we are directing them to self-quarantine for 14 days.
Phoenix Suns Fan Guarantee
All tickets purchased through the Phoenix Suns, Ticketmaster, Ticketmaster affiliates or the Talking Stick Resort Arena box office will come with a Fan Guarantee. The Fan Guarantee will provide that tickets purchased for any Suns game will be eligible for a refund at the point of purchase if the ticketed game is cancelled or played in an empty arena.

Casino Arizona Pavilion
Fans and show-goers will be greeted with an incredible new view the moment they walk into the Casino Arizona Pavilion. The pavilion will be opened up so that visitors can see through straight into the bowl. It will feature a massive centerpiece bar that, as owner Robert Sarver referenced, will make the pavilion the “best sports bar in Phoenix.”
The FOX Sports Arizona broadcast desk will move into the pavilion to capture the energy of the pre-game and post-game crowds.
Arena Bowl
The 3,550 square foot center-hung scoreboard in the new arena bowl will be six-times bigger than the current 576 square feet of video boards. The resolution of the main scoreboard screen will improve by 600 percent so that every play and replay will be crystal clear. Additionally, two new LED ribbon boards stretching more than 1,700 feet in total and will ring the lower & upper bowls and replace the singular one that currently exists.
More than 17,000 cushioned seats will replace the current seating throughout the arena. That’s more than five miles or 287 basketball courts when sitting side-by-side.
Corner Bar
Two new corner bars inside the seating bowl at the main concourse floor will offer fans a unique social experience while taking in a game or event.
North Lounge
Whether entertaining clients, enjoying a night on the town, or cheering on the Suns as they take on the NBA’s best, the North Lounge offers amenities to make every game experience a memorable one. True to Arizona’s Southwest culture, this space will have a rustic feel with wooden barrels extended from the walls. It will be set up to host musicians and small acts from night to night and will be open for all fans to enjoy.
North Lounge Hospitality
The North End Tables are a unique seating experience. Members will get to enjoy the best of both worlds: an intimate living room setting in a fun, open environment with a great view of the on-court action. In the six rows directly below the North Lounge, you can sit back & relax in leather sofa cushioned seats to cheer on the team. About Chef Michael Dei Maggi
Hailing from Rochester, New York, Chef Michael Dei Maggi has shaped a worldly culinary voice, traveling the globe throughout his 20-year career. Since graduating from Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, he’s contributed to the culinary scene in New York, California, Texas, and Arizona.
His latest chapter involves being an integral part of the Project 201 transformation of Talking Stick Resort Arena, where Chef Michael is leading the elevation of the arena’s entire food and guest experience as Levy’s Executive Chef. His detailed, yet classic culinary approach will elevate the experience in the new courtside clubs, private suites, and across concourse concessions. Guests can expect to be wowed with rotating menus influenced by fresh seasonal ingredients, and imaginative dining experiences that complement the fast-paced action on the court.
Assisting Chef Michael will be the addition of a brand new two-story commissary and main culinary kitchen that will be completed this summer. Throughout an NBA season, this kitchen will take-in and process 84,000 pounds of locally sourced produce provided by local and specialty purveyors, and 110,000 pounds farm-raised and premium proteins. Special care of these ingredients are provided in multiple temperature controlled rooms and refrigerators large enough to drive a car into. The commissary will also harness a CO2-farm to help push the 3,500 kegs of local craft and premium beer served annually to almost any location in the arena. A popcorn facility will be able to produce the 16,000 pounds of fresh popcorn at 355 degrees so quickly you will find nothing fresher anywhere. Once brought into the facility, battery operated carts move these precious ingredients to where the chef’s need them on the second level’s nearly 7,000 square foot state-of-the-art kitchen.

Take State Route 51 (Piestewa Peak Parkway) south to Interstate-10 East interchange. Exit I-10 at (100 feet ) Washington/Jefferson Street. Turn right (west) on Washington Street to 3rd Street. Turn left (south) on 3rd Street to Talking Stick Resort Arena.
From East Phoenix
Take Loop 202 (Red Mountain Freeway) west which will merge with Interstate-10 west. Take I-10 West to 7th Street exit. Turn left (south) on 7th Street to Washington Street. Turn right (west) on Washington Street to 3rd Street. Turn left (south) on 3rd Street to Talking Stick Resort Arena.
From West/Southwest Phoenix
Take Interstate 10 east to 7th Avenue exit. Turn right (south) on 7th Avenue to Jefferson Street. Turn left (east) on Jefferson Street to 1st Street. Talking Stick Resort Arena is on the corner of Jefferson Street and 1st Street.
From Northwest Phoenix/Glendale
Take Interstate 17 south to Jefferson Street. Turn left (east) on Jefferson Street to First Street. Talking Stick Resort Arena is on the corner of Jefferson Street and 1st Street.
From East Valley/Tempe
Take Interstate 10 west to Washington/Jefferson Street. Turn left (west) on Washington Street to 3rd Street. Turn left (south) on 3rd Street to Talking Stick Resort Arena.
Parking
There are several parking garages and lots within walking distance of Talking Stick Resort Arena. The venue’s attached five-story, 700-space parking structure provides the most convenient parking available to our suite holders, premium-seat owners, as well as limited space available to the general public. The parking structure is open daily 6 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday, in addition to being open for all events held at the Talking Stick Resort Arena.
In addition to the Talking Stick Resort Arena Garage, the Jefferson Street Garage is conveniently located next door, at 3rd Street & Jefferson. The garage is a six story, 1,450-space parking structure and is available for parking for all events at the Talking Stick Resort Arena. Click here for pre-paid parking. Public Transportation
In partnership with Valley Metro light rail, Talking Stick Resort Arena and the Phoenix Suns have established the “Rail Ride Event” program, which allows guests who purchase a ticket to an event at Talking Stick Resort Arena to ride Valley Metro light rail at no additional cost, on the day of the event.
Through Rail Ride Event, Valley Metro will recognize Talking Stick Resort Arena event tickets as valid light rail fare on the day of the event for four hours prior to the start of the event, through the end of the transit day.
In addition to Phoenix Suns and Phoenix Mercury games, Talking Stick Resort Arena hosts nearly 200 events each year, including concerts and family shows, with the venue’s longstanding partners Live Nation and Feld Entertainment. Tickets for every event at Talking Stick Resort Arena, which attracts over two million visitors annually, will be valid for the Rail Ride Event program.
Two important things to know:
– You are required to keep your event ticket on your person when riding light rail and must show your event ticket to a fare inspector upon request. Failure to show a valid event ticket can result in fines ranging from $50 to $500 dollars.
– Talking Stick Resort Arena event tickets are good for light rail only; they are not valid as bus fare.
